This is an administrative position pivotal to supporting the wider Sales team at Infinigate UK & Ireland. Key Responsibilities- Maintain and organise the renewal database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Produce support renewal quotations for resellers and gather feedback and information from them.
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast and process quotes and sales orders through the CRM system.
- Liaise closely with the Barracuda Support Renewals teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support the sales team and product support team when required, providing administrative assistance to ensure all work is completed within satisfactory timescales.
- Adhere to company policy and work to the Company Quality Management system at all times.
- Provide cover during absence or holiday for Barracuda Product Support Administrators.
- Proven experience of similar sales and telesales administration background.
- Knowledge of Excel, Office, and email.
- Competitive in nature and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Up to £26,000 salary per annum plus commission variable up to £7,000 = £33,000 OTE.
- 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service plus bank holidays.
- Day off on your birthday.
- Life assurance of 4 x basic salary and group income protection from start date.
- 5% employer matched pension contributions after 3 months service.
- Individual cover for private medical insurance and healthcare cash plan following successful completion of probationary period.
- Hybrid working arrangements and standard office working hours are 9am – 5.30pm.
