Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT Support candidate to join our team. This position will be the first point of contact for users, providing exceptional support and resolving technical issues. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and foundational IT knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, resolving basic issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Log, monitor, and manage service requests within our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and provide advice on usage, configurations, and best practices.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate resolutions for complex issues.
  • Consistently ensure client satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a professional and friendly communication style.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the IT sector.
  • IT skills and an interest in technology.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Based in or able to commute to central Croydon.
