Care Specialist Role at Sanctuary Care

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Specialist. As a Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in line with their individual care plans. This includes assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.25 per hour, plus 30 hours available per week. In addition to this, we provide a range of benefits including training and development opportunities, access to our Cycle to Work scheme, and a contributory pension plan.

About the Role:

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Provide emotional support and promote independence
- Work closely with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements:

- Teamwork skills: a happy team makes for happy residents and a happy home
- Experience is not essential, as we will support you with all the training and support you'll need to do the job
- Being able to communicate well is essential along with a flexible approach
