About the Role

FalconSmartIT is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Continuity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of our IT services and minimizing downtime in the event of a disaster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement ITDR Plans: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and ITDR needs. Develop and maintain ITDR policies, procedures, and plans in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and Impact Analyses: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and infrastructure to identify ITDR requirements and risks. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and ITDR needs.
  • Design and Implement ITDR Testing and Exercise Programs: Design and implement ITDR testing and exercise programs to evaluate the effectiveness of ITDR plans and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to IT teams and business units in implementing ITDR measures, including data backup, replication, and recovery solutions.
  • Stay Informed and Up-to-Date: Stay informed about emerging ITDR technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance ITDR capabilities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Continuity Management
  • Understanding of IT Service Continuity tools such as Service Now Service Continuity and Fusion RM ITDR (or similar)
  • Strong understanding of ITDR principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, ITIL)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
