Quantum Measurement Expert

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Quantity Surveyor to manage a diverse portfolio of civil engineering schemes. This role will be site/office based and involves procuring sub-contractors, negotiating costs, drawing up contracts (NEC), and monthly reporting.
- Key responsibilities include work package change control and management, dealing with pricing variations, project re-measurement, and preparing final accounts.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in NEC 3 or 4 (Option B and E) and a degree/HND in Quantity Surveying.
This is a permanent position with a salary of £62,500 per annum + benefits.
