About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Lead Customer Experience Manager in delivering improved customer and retail outcomes in your area.
  • Work closely with another Customer Experience Manager to share ideas and identify ways to improve things.
  • Provide a brilliant handover from each shift to the next.
  • Help your team to put themselves in the customers' shoes, taking genuine pride in how we deliver a better service.
