Chubb, a leading global insurance company, seeks an experienced professional to serve as the Strategic Cyber Practice Lead for our Cyber business. In this critical role, you will support the delivery of underwriting results and operational standards across all regions of Chubb Overseas General (COG) Cyber.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategy and implementation for growing the Cyber Practice across all regions and segments
  • Coordinating with Global Cyber Product team in updating and implementing Cyber underwriting guidelines, appetites, rating manuals, and product summaries
  • Work with Global Cyber Product team to lead product development, manage WASP process and update policy wordings
  • Support the COG Cyber EVP in additional L&D activities such as Case Study delivery/development, off the shelf materials and third-party content hosting

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the cyber insurance industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and developing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that our underwriters have the requisite knowledge to effectively market our cyber services locally and deliver excellent results across geographic territories and customer segments.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
