Cyber Practice Development Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Practice Development Manager to join our team at Blue Legal in London. As a key member of the firm's Cyber practice group, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective marketing and business development strategies.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000, based on your level of expertise.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and legal professionals to develop and execute business plans.
- Create scalable product propositions that generate revenue and profitability while identifying relationship opportunities in priority sectors.
- Lead the development of marketing collateral, working closely with the design and production team to create materials tailored to target markets.
- Collaborate with the PR/communications team to identify media and PR opportunities for the practice.
- Contribute to drafting significant practice and firm-wide pitches for Cyber with partners, associates, and BD colleagues across the global network.
- Foster key client relationships across offices and practice areas aligned to the Cyber business plan.
- Proven experience in a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent client development and proposal support skills.
- Educational background in a relevant field and/or CIM certification.
- Strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
