Cyber Crime Underwriting Expert

We are expanding our cyber and technology PI insurance offering in the Corporate and International space, and we are looking for an experienced Underwriter or Senior Underwriter to play a key role in driving this expansion in line with Aviva's ambition to be a leading provider of cyber insurance.

You will take part (in conjunction with the London Market Cyber U/W Manager and Head of Cyber) in the training, education and development of team members. The successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from our London offices, with an expectation of three days per week in the office.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of Cyber and / or Tech PI coverages
  • Competent in the structuring and placement of complex insurance programmes and tailored wordings for niche and larger risks
  • Excellent network knowledge of the London Broker market, matched with confident communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as you will have to work within a close-knit team
  • Cyber-specific qualifications (e.g. CISMP, CISSP, etc) are a bonus

About the Role:

  • Salary: up to £120,000 per annum, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
  • Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary, actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's
