Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an EYFS Learning Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our amazing two-year-olds and contribute to their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the children's parents and carers to ensure a smooth transition and effective communication.
  • Support the children's learning and development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with the EYFS team to plan and deliver engaging activities and experiences.
  • Monitor and record the children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • High expectations for achievement and behavior.
  • The energy and creativity to inspire and motivate children.
