Early Years Learning Support Assistant

Oasis Academy Long Cross is seeking a dedicated individual to support our young children in our Nursery provision.
As part of a committed team, you will play a vital role in ensuring every child receives the best opportunities to learn and grow. Working closely with parents and carers, you will contribute directly to the development of our 2, 3, and 4-year-olds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children.
- Assist in implementing engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers regarding their child's progress and development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- High expectations for achievement and positive behavior in young children.
- Enthusiasm and creativity to inspire and engage children in learning activities.
