Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Hardware Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development cycle of satellite user terminals and radio systems.

Compensation Package: $160,000 - $220,000 per annum, including bonuses and benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the hardware/software development cycle.
  • Tailor engineering processes to meet project requirements.
  • Allocate tasks and review deliverables to maintain high standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Systems, Hardware, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Working knowledge of RF systems, hardware and mechanical design, and software development.
