About the Job

As a Customer Service Assistant with Black Fox Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with customers via email and telephone to resolve queries and issues efficiently. You will also be responsible for processing and inputting orders, managing and organising deliveries, and preparing monthly customer reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Input and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate and manage delivery schedules to meet deadlines
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organisational and time management abilities. You should also have prior experience in a customer-facing role and proficiency in MS Office. A degree in a related field is an added advantage.

Salary: The salary for this position is £26,000 per annum, which is highly competitive in the industry.
