About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality engineering service in support of our operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the full range of maintenance activities across the entire installed asset base within the area that you work.
  • Rapidly diagnose and resolve both mechanical, electrical, and basic control & instrumentation faults.
  • Work closely with the Engineering Team Lead to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced maintenance engineer with a minimum L3 engineering qualification or an apprenticeship-trained engineer who can rapidly diagnose and resolve problems and lead maintenance and continuous improvement activity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum L3 engineering qualification or time served
  • Multi-skilled background – either biased
  • Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
  • Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
  • Experience working on processing equipment: pipework, pumps, silos, turning equipment
  • If you have worked on the following manufacturer's equipment, this would be highly advantageous - Sidel, Tetra, Krones, KHS, Adpak, Sig etc
