Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician

You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink's brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About the Role:
- Work closely with the Engineering Team Lead, taking responsibility for delivering a high-quality engineering service in support of the achievement of operational targets.
- Complete the full range of maintenance activities across the entire installed asset base within the area that they work.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve both mechanical, electrical plus basic control & instrumentation faults.
- Complete all work allocated to a high standard having the ability to complete all maintenance tasks across the installed asset base.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced maintenance engineer (either biased) or a truly multi-skilled maintenance engineer. You'll be an experienced engineer with a minimum L3 engineering qualification or an apprenticeship-trained Engineer who can rapidly diagnose and resolve problems and lead maintenance and continuous improvement activity too.
Candidates from an FMCG/food background would be highly desirable, however, we will consider candidates from other backgrounds. Ex-military are welcome to apply.
- Minimum L3 engineering qualification or time served
- Multi-skilled background – either biased
- Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
- Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
- Experience working on processing equipment: pipework, pumps, silos, turning equipment
- If you have worked on the following manufacturer's equipment, this would be highly advantageous - Sidel, Tetra, Krones, KHS, Adpak, Sig etc
