About Glos
Glos is a local, independent property management and lettings business seeking a part-time Lettings Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update daily the property management tool to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Communicate with tenants to resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation, primarily using Excel.
- Manage the basic purchase ledger using Xero.
Requirements:
- A full clean driving licence and a car are essential for this role.
- The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to input data accurately.
- Basic accounts experience is required.
Benefits:
- A contributory pension scheme is available to employees.
- Onsite parking and/or a parking permit are provided.
- The working hours will be set between 9:30AM and 3:00PM.
