Lettings Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our team at Nexus ERP. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all legal compliances are up to date, and providing exceptional customer service to our landlords and tenants.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of properties, including pro-active and reactive maintenance, property inspections, and organisation of safety certificates.
- Communicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property maintenance works, required actions, and resolving issues accordingly.
- Arrange property inspections and report back to landlords with feedback.
- Ensure all legal compliances are up to date, including renewals, rent chasing, and liaising with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy.
- Resolve landlord and tenant enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A proven track record in Residential Lettings property management.
- Expertise and ability to manage a large property portfolio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation.
- The ability to build relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Be extremely organised, able to work independently, and work well under pressure.
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 6.00pm, Friday 9am - 5.30pm, and one in four Saturdays 9am - 1pm.
