Lettings Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our team at Nexus ERP. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 150 properties, ensuring seamless communication with landlords and tenants, and handling all aspects of property administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of 150 properties, including building relationships with landlords and tenants
- Deal with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, and deposit management
- Conduct property inspections and handle general lettings administration
- Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues
- Previous property management experience is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy, organization, numeracy, and technology savvy
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Well-presented and with strong attention to detail
- Parking permit provided
- ARLA qualification funded
- Flexible working hours, including one in four Saturdays
