Property Manager

A leading independent letting agent in Cheltenham is seeking a highly organized and diligent Property Manager to join their award-winning office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a personable approach to managing properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Conduct mid-term inspections to monitor property condition and identify potential issues.
- Organize and conduct check-outs and inventories to ensure accurate records and smooth transitions.
- Coordinate with contractors, obtain quotations, and manage works orders and invoices to ensure efficient property maintenance.
- Ensure property compliance with EICRs, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
- Handle deposit disputes and negotiate lets to maximize property value.
- Manage tenancy paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Previous lettings or property management experience is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT knowledge with experience using Microsoft Office packages.
- Valid driving license with access to own vehicle.
