Property Manager

A leading independent letting agent in Cheltenham is seeking a highly organized and diligent Property Manager to join their award-winning office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a personable approach to working with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
- Conduct mid-term inspections and organize check-outs and inventories
- Coordinate contractors, obtain quotations, and issue works orders
- Ensure property compliance with EICRs, gas safety, and EPC certifications
- Negotiate lets and deal with deposit disputes
- Organize tenancy paperwork
- Previous lettings or property management experience is essential
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- Valid driving license with access to own vehicle
