Job Description

As a Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Lowestoft Wholesale department with business needs and customer service. You will achieve branch targets, coordinate business support administration, and maintain good communications with internal and external clients.

You will also be responsible for expediting tasks, processing Supplier order acknowledgements, and implementing new systems and processes. Additionally, you will process Customer and Supplier returns and credits, and ensure compliance with Dron & Dickson's integrated management system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have basic computer skills and knowledge of administrative software.
