Employment Journey Coordinator

About the Role:
You will manage a caseload of participants, coaching and mentoring them to achieve employment, and serve as the primary point of contact in building strong, positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage participants' employment journeys, providing guidance and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals
- Stay up-to-date with local labour market trends and recruitment industry knowledge
- Work in a target-driven environment, delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum, dependent on experience
- 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and Birthday Day off, with the option to purchase additional days
