A dynamic Operational Coordinator is required for the Production Planning Department of AWD online, a well-established company based in Suffolk.

Salary: £23,350 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills, as well as a solid understanding of data analysis and the ability to interpret results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the production planning team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis software an advantage.
