Office Training Administrator

In this role as Training & Performance Office Coordinator at Wincanton in Blackburn, you will play a vital part in supporting our BAE Air contract.
Job Overview- Salary: £30,361.79 per annum
You will be responsible for ensuring training is planned, delivered, and maintained, with a focus on innovation and team leadership.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain Security Clearance, including five years of employment and residency history.

- Manage and plan all training requirements for the team across the BAE Air contract.
- Deliver training and induction to new starters.
- Schedule and deliver MHE, SOP, SSOW training, including refreshers.
- Manage all arrangements for training sessions on site (with support from the admin team).
- Identify training gaps and opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement activities.
- Manage costs to ensure they align with planned budgets.
- Support management in addressing poor performances.
- Conduct audits and surveillance tasks to ensure compliance with policies and performance levels.
- Monitor the skills matrix and take action regarding security access.
- Ensure a proactive approach to Health & Safety via risk assessment and compliance with policies.
- Experience in training others and delivering training materials.
- Audit/surveillance experience.
- Self-starter capable of managing time and working independently.
- Highly organized, able to plan and adjust training schedules.
- Proactive in resolving issues and challenges.
- Flexibility in shift patterns (including back shifts and nights).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
