We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Complex Care Nurse to join our team at First Option Healthcare. As a Paediatric Complex Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support to young people in their family homes, avoiding hospital admissions and ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver complex care to clients in their homes, using a range of equipment and procedures.
  • Work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Provide medication administration, enteral feeding, and other complex care procedures.
  • Support clients outside the home, including medical appointments and family trips.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in the last two years working with clients with complex needs.
  • Paediatric care experience, including enteral feeding, suctioning, and ventilator management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
