Job Description:

As a SEN Behaviour Mentor Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioural challenges to reach their full potential. You will work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored behaviour support plans.

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create behaviour support plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.

  • Support students with behavioural challenges, helping them to develop resilience and coping strategies.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful as a SEN Behaviour Mentor Specialist, you will have:

  • Relevant experience in sports coaching or education.
  • A passion for working with young people and making a positive impact.
  • A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply through the agency).
  • Registration to the EWC (Education Workforce Council).
