  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans in collaboration with teaching staff.
  • Use sports and physical activities to engage students and promote positive behaviour.
  • Support students with behavioural challenges, helping them to develop resilience and coping strategies.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Behaviour Support Coach, you will have:

  • Experience working with young people, ideally in an SEN or educational setting.
  • A strong background in sports coaching, physical education, or related fields.
  • A calm, empathetic, and patient approach to supporting students.
  • An understanding of behaviour management strategies (training will be provided if needed).
