Job Description:
This exciting opportunity is for a Residential Children's Worker to join our team based in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. As part of our dedicated staff, you will play a vital role in providing support to children with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties within a children's home. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing person-centred support to promote the well-being and development of the children
* Encouraging relationships between the children and their families
* Supporting the children to integrate with the local community through activities and outings
* Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
* Safeguarding vulnerable children and reporting any concerns or suspicions
