Learning Support Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support children with additional learning needs in a primary school setting, working within the Specialist Resource Base (SRB).
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils with various learning needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, or developmental delays.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist students with daily activities, lessons, and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school or ALN setting.
- Knowledge or experience of working with children with autism, speech and language needs, or developmental delays.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Estimated Salary: £22,500 per annum, based on location and experience.
