We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join Mencap's incredible team in Tewkesbury as Relief Support Workers.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

Your role will involve assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.

What we're looking for :

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Shift times :

All our services are 24hr care.

  • Days: Between 07:00-10:00
  • Sleep-ins: 10:00-07:00
