About the Fabric Maintenance Manager Role

This role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair of all fabric elements in our fit-out projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Fabric Maintenance Manager, you will develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures, coordinate with project managers and other team members, conduct regular inspections and audits, and manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.

  • This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
  • You must have practical experience in performing small works and maintenance projects, building fabric/multi-trade experience, and previous experience working in commercial buildings.
  • You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary and Benefits
  • The estimated salary for this position is £52,000-£62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
