Job Title: Chief Executive Officer Liaison

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer Liaison to join our team at Earnix. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced calendar management for the CEO, prioritizing complex inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts.
  • Assess and prioritize travel requests to minimize transit times or other inefficiencies.
  • Research and identify appropriate referrals for incoming issues and concerns addressed to the office of the CEO.
  • Ensure the CEO's time is optimized, liaising with colleagues and external partners to maximize capacity and act as a gatekeeper where appropriate.
  • Oversee efficient preparation of meetings and trips attended by the CEO, anticipating potential issues and process solutions.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, collating contributions into reports or briefings as needed and producing first drafts of basic correspondence.
  • Act as a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments, maintaining credibility, trust, and support with senior leadership.
  • Support logistics or other requirements of events, including booking venues, catering, and on-the-day support.
  • Support the CEO with internal management and administrative tasks, including HR and financial processes, legal & compliance, or other mandatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Working in a global Hi-tech company is an advantage.
  • Bilingual speaker, fluent in English and a European language, and preferably proficient in Hebrew as well.
  • Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality, as well as the capability to fulfill various office needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
