This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Complex Care Specialist and contribute to our mission of providing holistic care to individuals with complex mental health requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a community or primary care setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have knowledge of mental health legislation and be able to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, annual leave and training opportunities.
