We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Instructor to join our team in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Outpatients. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside physiotherapists and specialist services to enhance patient rehabilitation, recovery, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exercise-based rehabilitation programs for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including osteoarthritis, spinal pain, and chronic pain management.
- Develop and lead rehabilitation classes and pain management groups, promoting self-management of patients' conditions.
- Work independently with a caseload of patients, assessing their needs and developing personalized exercise programs.
- Collaborate with the physiotherapy team to implement service provision for patients, ensuring seamless care and effective communication.
- Provide high-quality therapy services to patients in the outpatient department, maintaining accurate records and adhering to standards of practice.
- Exercise Instructor qualification (e.g., Premier Training or YMCA Level 3)
- Evidence of training in rehabilitation, exercise prescription, or Pilates-based programs
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., NVQ/REPs Level 3) or degree in a related field
- Previous experience in rehabilitation or gym instruction, delivering exercise-based programs on an individual and/or class-based level
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
