Rehabilitation Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Instructor to join our Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Outpatients team in Huntingdon and Doddington locality. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside physiotherapy and specialist services to enhance patient rehabilitation, recovery, and outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver exercise-based rehabilitation programs for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including osteoarthritis, spinal pain, and chronic pain management.
- Develop and lead rehabilitation classes and pain management groups, promoting self-management of patients' conditions.
- Work independently with a caseload of patients, assessing their needs, and developing personalized exercise programs.
- Collaborate with the physiotherapy team to implement service provision for patients, ensuring access to appropriate exercise programs.
- Provide high-quality therapy services in the outpatient MSK department, maintaining accurate records and adhering to standards of practice.
- Exercise Instructor qualification (Premier Training or YMCA Level 3)
- Evidence of training in rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and Pilates-based programs
- Relevant professional qualification (NVQ/REPs Level 3) or equivalent
- Level 3 or above in Sports Rehabilitation, Sports Therapy, Personal Training, or equivalent
