This exciting opportunity is based in Leeds and involves leading the aftersales team, optimising sale processes, and ensuring smooth, high-value property transactions while maintaining exceptional customer service and compliance with legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of four Customer Services Executives in the Aftersales progression team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Track performance metrics, implement strategies to meet sales targets, and boost productivity.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the UK real estate market, legal requirements, and property sales processes.
- Coordinate daily with solicitors, agents, lenders, and mortgage brokers to ensure timely exchanges and completions.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support, addressing client concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proven management and leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of the UK property market, off-plan investments, and legal processes
- Able to analyse performance, optimise processes, and meet sales targets
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Proficient in refining aftersales processes and ensuring industry compliance
- Skilled in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
