You will take responsibility & accountability for delivering quality services & exceptional aftercare support to maintain ERE’s values of delivering a full 360-degree service to our clients

At ERE we pride ourselves on our high customer support standards and our relationships with our clients. The Role of the Aftersales & Customer support Coordinator will be to be the face of ERE for our clients with any issues they have. Working closely with the Sales team and our Finance Manager, you will keep accurate records of client issues and determine the best course to take to resolve these issues.

An intense induction process and training will be provided, so this role could lend itself to someone who has enthusiasm and wants their first office role.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Sales team by providing them with the necessary tools they need i.e. floor plans, availability, photos
- Coordinating the sales team by managing timelines, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Responsibility for supporting the sales team during their day to include administrative tasks and coordinating client and/or surveyor site visits
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Being a dynamic CRM account manager
- Responding to and follow up sales enquires by E-mail, telephone and personal visits if required
- Helping clients with any questions they have in relation to the progress of their purchase
- Chasing solicitors for feedback on sales.
- Providing an internal customer service to the sales team and Directors, specifically allowing salespeople to optimise the time and energy spent with clients and prospects
- Ensuring strong customer relationships are developed, built and maintained
- Reviewing any issues from developers providing a balanced & fair response.
- Handling & resolve complex customer requests or complaints.
- Keeping a log of all customer after-sales issues, and reporting these issues to Management

**Your Experience & Our Requirements**
- Be confidence in using key Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Have strong customer service skills
- Be driven with flexible mind-set
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritise workloads in order of importance
- Be a keen motivated individual with a willingness to overcome objectives
- Possess a polite and friendly telephone manner
- Good written skills (English grammar)
- Be knowledgeable of permitted developments, funding and sustainability
- Understanding of the property development lifecycle, planning system and framework

**Status: Fulltime**

**Salary: £19-25K**

**Reports to: Commercial Director**

**Location: Leeds**

**Hours: Start time: 09:00, End time: 17:30 (this includes 60 mins unpaid lunch break)**

**Days of work: Monday to Friday**

**Holidays: 28 days, including bank holiday
