About the Position

As an Optical Assistant, you will receive comprehensive training to enhance your skills and knowledge in optics and business operations.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  2. Work collaboratively with Opticians and Dispensing Technicians to achieve common goals.
  3. Maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  4. Engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities.

We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in the optical industry, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
