Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will engage with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and industry partners, to promote effective collaboration and communication across all projects.
  • Capacity Building: You will develop and implement capacity-building programs for our team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge in sustainable development practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will monitor project performance, tracking progress against set targets and objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: You will ensure that all our projects meet high standards of quality, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication and Reporting: You will communicate project updates and results to stakeholders, using clear and concise language to convey complex information.

Requirements:

  • Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Required Qualifications: A degree in sustainable development, environmental science, or a related field is essential. Relevant postgraduate qualifications or certifications would be advantageous.
  • Desirable Skills: Proven experience in sustainable development project management, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
