$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
The Front Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of presentation and functionality across our front-of-house areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of the internal and external visitor experience, ensuring all interactions leave customers with a positive and memorable experience.
- Delivery of core front-of-house services such as sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found, and deliveries.
- Receiving, directing, and relaying telephone, email, and other queries via front of house.
- Greeting, assisting, and directing candidates/new hires/visitors and the general public appropriately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in reception, concierge, or related field.
- Previous catering or hospitality experience is desirable.
- Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
