Job Description:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in sales environments and have a passion for establishing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social channels to introduce SupplyWell's services.
  • Secure initial meetings with relevant contacts, allowing SupplyWell to present its offerings in detail.
  • Qualify potential clients based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with SupplyWell's service capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales development, telemarketing, or appointment-setting, ideally within education or recruitment sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with CRM tools, and proficiency in cold calling.
  • Strong motivation to meet and exceed targets, with resilience to navigate challenges and adapt outreach strategies.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, with performance-based commission and additional bonuses for successfully booked meetings.
