The Sales Incentive Planning Specialist will support the execution and administration of our global sales compensation and incentive plans. Key responsibilities include commission calculations and payments, reporting, sales target development, tracking key performance metrics, measuring plan effectiveness, and process innovation.

  • Administer sales compensation plans with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely performance calculations and sales compensation payouts.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to retrieve results for incentive calculation purposes.
  • Analyze data to determine the impact on the company and individuals for proposed changes to incentive plans.
