Key responsibilities include commission calculations and payments, reporting, sales target development, tracking key performance metrics, measuring plan effectiveness, and process innovation.
- Administer sales compensation plans with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely performance calculations and sales compensation payouts.
- Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to retrieve results for incentive calculation purposes.
- Analyze data to determine the impact on the company and individuals for proposed changes to incentive plans.
