Residential Architect Opportunity

Conrad Consulting Ltd is partnering with a multi-award-winning AJ100 practice to find an Architect with a strong focus on design and a portfolio showcasing their work with medium and large-scale developers.

This practice has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across various sectors from their offices across the UK. The Residential sector has been a cornerstone of their success, and they are looking for an Architect who can demonstrate good design, technical, and management skills.

The successful candidate will possess knowledge from preparing initial feasibility layouts to creating detailed masterplans. They will also have experience working within the Residential sector for developers and housebuilders, with a strong understanding of Residential layout design regarding housing-led schemes.

Key Requirements:

  • RIBA/ARB Registered Architect
  • Minimum 3 years + Part 3 RIBA Post Qualification Experience within UK Practice
  • Demonstrable experience working within the Residential sector for Developers and Housebuilders
  • An understanding of Residential layout design regarding housing-led schemes
  • Great design ability
  • Good technical knowledge of the built environment
  • Ability to manage projects through to completion
  • Knowledge of guidance, building regulations, and legislation surrounding the residential sector (Essential)
  • Proficient with the use of Revit & AutoCAD software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
