About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Software Engineer to join our team and support the development of our robot picking system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for participating in the productionization, engineering, and optimization of our robotic system to ensure it meets the quality requirements for a commercial product.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of our robot picking system, ensuring it is robust, efficient, and scalable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sensor-driven robotics solutions to specific automation problems.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD and automated testing pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Work closely with our robotics team to integrate our robotic system with our proprietary software applications.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent software engineering skills, with the ability to write reusable and clean code.
- Experience working with robotic systems or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and developing machine learning solutions.
- Experience with common software development tools and practices.
- Experience with containerization applications like Docker.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems.
- Experience developing on Ubuntu Linux.
