CFC Consult Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment, training, and coaching of a team of 12 Chefs and 4 Kitchen Porters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of menus, ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently delivered to our customers.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior chefs, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork within the kitchen.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication and respect among team members.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and industry standards.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £41,000 per annum, including a guaranteed service charge payment of £1,500 per annum.
