Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist to join our Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive specialist assessments, including diagnostic assessments of individuals with suspected Autism and/or ADHD, using established diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive specialist assessments, including diagnostic assessments of individuals with suspected Autism and/or ADHD
  • Develop and implement individualized assessment plans, taking into account the needs and goals of each client
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive assessments and interventions
  • Write clear and concise assessment reports, providing recommendations and interventions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise in neurodevelopmental and mental health assessments

Requirements

  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
  • Experience in conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental and specialist developmental assessments
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and appropriate assessment tools for Autism and ADHD
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
