Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience. The salary reflects the company's commitment to offering competitive pay in line with industry standards.

About the Role: In this role, you will lead our colleagues and maintain quality standards in all areas. You will conduct tours for prospective new members, selling the benefits that only we can provide. Additionally, you will oversee health and safety, and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. You are enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. A 'can do' attitude and a passion for excellent customer service are essential.
