**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Manager to join our team at Tigerlily Childcare Berks and Bucks.

**About the Role:** As a Nursery Early Years Manager, you will be responsible for delivering effective safeguarding throughout the setting and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, local authority, and Ofsted requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational duties of the nursery within the vision of long-term development goals.
  • Manage and continuously monitor and improve the high standards of the learning, development, and assessment of the children within the setting.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, parents, and children.
  • Empathy and understanding of children under five.

**Salary and Benefits:** The salary for this role is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include complimentary wellbeing staff massages, management and training support, office treats, and a birthday off.
