Main Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Lead and engage a team to deliver an exceptional operational service to clients within their allocated portfolios, setting targets to achieve this objective.
- Portfolio Reviews: Conduct monthly portfolio reviews with Client Managers, ensuring a thorough approach in reviewing client performance in conjunction with risk assessment.
- Team Performance Management: Drive team performance, with Line Management of Client Managers, as per Company and individual targets outlined in the continued development plan and 1:1 meetings.
- Client Visits and Onboarding: Conduct client visits and onboarding meetings, ensuring all pre-commencement conditions are completed prior to the first payment.
- Take On Process: Collaborate with the Sales team and Client Manager to drive the Take On Process.
- Complaint Management: Proactively manage client complaints, escalating them through appropriate channels or as per UK Finance complaint policy.
- Funding and Fee Negotiations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, generating a knowledgeable understanding of their funding requirements and negotiating fees or funding limits as needed.
- Risk Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of eCapital Commercial Finance UK client legal documentation and apply risk expertise to identify and maintain considered risk recoveries or exit strategies for each client.
