Secondary School Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Secondary School Administrator to join our team at a well-established Secondary school in Greenwich, SE18. The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong administration skills and the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a wider team.

About the Role:

\

The Secondary School Administrator will be responsible for supporting the school's pastoral team, monitoring and analysing whole school attendance and punctuality as well as attendance of specific cohorts and student groups. This will involve working proactively with students and parents to address any attendance issues and provide support where necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the pastoral team with attendance-related tasks\
  • Monitoring and analysing attendance data to identify trends and areas for improvement\
  • Working with teachers and other school staff to develop strategies to improve attendance\
  • Providing support and guidance to students and parents on attendance-related issues\
  • Collaborating with other schools and external agencies to share best practice and expertise\

Salary: £16.90 - £18.50 per hour
